1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to users who access the Service through the Free plan or a paid subscription. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and License Agreement.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

We may collect your email address, display name, account identifier, authentication information, subscription status, and plan type.

2.2 Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. GetRapAI does not store full payment-card numbers or sensitive payment authentication credentials.

2.3 User Content

We may process:

text prompts, lyrics, creative directions, and generation settings;
audio or other files you upload;
generated music, songs, lyrics, covers, stems, and related outputs; and
metadata such as generation time, selected tool, model, visibility, and file format.

2.4 Usage and Technical Information

We may collect IP address, browser and device information, log data, pages and features used, and related technical activity.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
process music, song, lyric, cover, extension, vocal-removal, and stem-splitting requests;
manage accounts, credits, subscriptions, and payments;
provide eligible downloads and maintain user libraries;
issue and manage Commercial License Certificates for eligible content;
provide support and respond to inquiries;
monitor performance, security, fraud, and abuse; and
comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.

4. Generated Content

4.1 Paid Users

Content generated during an active paid subscription may be stored to provide downloads, maintain generation history, support product tools, and issue or manage eligible Commercial License Certificates. Ownership and permitted use are governed by the Terms of Service and License Agreement.

4.2 Free Users

Content generated on the Free plan may be stored for Service operation and moderation and may be published publicly through the Service. Free-plan content does not grant ownership or commercial rights to the user.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate users, remember preferences, and understand use of the Service. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect some Service features.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

service providers and infrastructure partners needed to operate the Service;
AI-processing providers needed to complete a requested generation or audio task;
Stripe for subscription billing and payment support;
legal or regulatory authorities when required by law; and
parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the Service.

Disclosure is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data and generated content for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention for uploaded and generated files may also depend on the plan and product rules shown when the content is created.

You are responsible for downloading and backing up important generated content. GetRapAI does not guarantee permanent storage of generated outputs.
