# GetRapAI > GetRapAI is an AI music workspace for creating rap songs, writing lyrics, transforming audio, and managing generated tracks. ## Product purpose GetRapAI helps creators move from a topic, prompt, lyrics, or an owned audio source to a rap track they can review and refine. The workspace creates song candidates and keeps generated work in My Songs, with related tools for covers, song extension, vocal removal, stem splitting, audio-to-MIDI conversion, and tempo/key analysis. The music studio offers model choices according to the selected plan. A dedicated Free Suno V6 Music Generator has its own product experience; its availability and limits are shown on that tool. Model names do not imply that every plan has access to every model. Generated music needs human review. Check lyrics, pronunciation, musical structure, and the rights to any source audio before sharing or releasing a result. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of their grant window. Credit balances and feature access are separate: having credits does not by itself grant downloads, private songs, or commercial rights. Eligible songs generated during an active annual Starter, Plus, or Pro subscription receive commercial-rights status saved with that generation. Free songs can have 20-second playback previews. Where the song offers it, a separate $1 checkout unlocks full playback for that song; it does not purchase a subscription or add download or commercial rights. Songs generated with permanent retention keep that saved retention policy, but paid actions still depend on active access.
